• 1. Submit Your Application

    You can check out our open roles in the Openings page. Once you find a match for your skills and experience, you can fill out an application form. We'll only ask for some personal information!

    Once completed, you'll receive an email containing the Communications Assessment, please complete it as soon as possible so we can start reviewing your application.

  • 2. Schedule An Interview

    If you pass our screening, we'll have a video interview. This is just a conversation to see if you share our culture and values and if you possess the experience and skills required for the job!

    If you Pass, you will be forwarded to the Creativity Test Stage, you will receive Test Preparation resources to get you all set up!

  • 3. Creativity Test

    You will receive an email containing the Creativity Test, in this, we will assess your design and creativity skills as well as your pacing and your ability to follow and comprehend instructions. The test is pretty straightforward and we will provide you with a starting point in terms of branding, it will take you no longer than 2 hours to complete.

    This is the final stage of your application process. If you pass this stage, you will now be part of our Active Pool! We will provide you with a Start Date as soon as possible, depending on the role, this could take a few weeks or even months.

*Important Notice: in the case of CI & MGA, we’re currently accepting applications, but we’re not actively hiring. Please keep an eye out once we have openings for those roles.

What does active pooling mean?

If you nail your application, you will be selected to become part of our active pool of creatives and whenever we have a start date for you, we will let you know.

Sometimes it can take a few weeks or even months for us to get you started and the waiting period can vary from role to role. But don’t worry, we’ll keep you on hold if you pass this process and we’ll reach out with a start date as soon as we can!

Do I have to take the Creativity Test?

Our Creativity Tests were created for screening purposes only. Keep in mind that we don’t pay for the creativity test, since this is one of the few ways we can see if you’re fit for the role.

All the output submitted will never be used for any other purposes and will not be accessible to anyone outside the Make Relish hiring panel.

What happens when I get hired?

During Brine, you will be assessed in terms of Quality, Pacing, and how well you understand our processes. Based on these assessments and depending on your performance you can pass or fail this process.
